🍀Next Sunday, will be holding a special men’s breathwork class with optional ocean cold plunge. ❄️ Hoping to really encourage the men to come down and experience the healing and connection that Rob is so amazing at facilitating ✨ If you can’t make it- you can also catch his and Kimiko’s breathwork classes on Thursday nights at 6 pm 👏. No exaggeration- these classes can be life changing! ❣️🍀

🍀Meet Sheri- you may have already taken a class with her - and if you haven’t, you can come down Thursday March 12 at 6 pm and say hello as she subs for Rob & Kimiko. 🍀 ✨(class will be a yoga flow)✨
will be subbing throughout the summer… and hopefully beyond. 😁 She lives part time in HB for now, and owned a dance studio for 25 years. Her love of movement translates beautifully into her teaching style. She is excited to share the many tools she has picked up over the years to help students make lasting changes in small steps through yoga, meditation and body positivity. ❣️

and are teaming up for a special 10am class -all donations will go to MS Foundation. 💕 This is a cause close to Denise’s heart as her brother was diagnosed with MS last year. Yoga with Denise- followed by an extra long savasana with sound by Michel. A beautiful way to keep the balance of giving and receiving ✨ (and if you’re up early you can make it a double dose by joining at 8:30 am for a gentle stretch class! ✨.

Come and get your yoga on the beach with us-at Tower 14 in Huntington Beach (LEFT -pier side- of tower)! Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience and taught by certified instructors.

Current Schedule *Monday - Wednesday 9 am and 5:30 pm *Thursday 7:30 am 10 am and 5:30 pm *Friday 9 am and 5:30 pm *Saturday and Sunday 10 am.

Donations are gladly accepted but not necessary to join. Location 14th&PCH Huntington Beach. Hope to see you soon!
