New class on Friday nights!! 👏 Meet Melonie 💕 - a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher and certified sound healer based in Huntington Beach, CA. Blending the structure of Ashtanga yoga with the vibrational power of crystal-bowl sound healing and breathwork, she creates sacred spaces for rest, release, and renewal.🌅

Inspired by the research of Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary in Sound Medicine, Melonie integrates the science of vibration — how sound frequencies can calm the nervous system, balance energy, and activate the body’s natural healing response. Through intentional movement and sound, she helps participants shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and repair,” restoring peace to both mind and body. 🕊️

Join Melonie every Friday for a heart-centered sound healing experience on the beach. Bring a mat, wear layers, and open yourself to relaxation, intention, and renewal under the open sky.

With winter on the way and the sun setting earlier- we have moved our evening classes to 4 pm ☀️ will return to Tuesday nights with her amazing kundalini breathwork class 🌬️ in February. We are excited to have guide you through a healing mix of breath and dance 💃in the interim. 🫶
After experiencing a profound healing from a chronic illness through a process of reconnecting with her body through yoga, ecstatic dance, meditation, breathwork and trauma release she decided to get certified to help others along the journey. 👣
Her class of breathwork and ecstatic dance is a fun way to awaken your energy, embody freedom, & return to wholeness. 🤍🌿

🏔️Home is where we can hold a sustained sense of wonder, ☮️ peace, freedom from demands, freedom from worry, a place that makes us feel calm rather than alarmed…
🧘Home can be a forest, or the sea- but it can also be carried full power in a drop of water 💧 a single tree 🌲. There are many ways to go home- rereading a poem that has touched you, greeting sunrise, 🪴potting plants, lying on the earth in dappled sunlight, spending time with a friend…. Going home on a regular basis feeds our heart-light 🕯️It does not have to cost money, but it does cost time.”
Sometimes it takes a strong sense of will to remove all the distractions and responsibilities and tell the world “I am going”… and mean it. So often we say “as soon as I finish this.. THEN I can go. Or after such-and-such happens.. THEN I can go”. But there comes a time when we MUST find our way to the sights, and sounds 🎶 and smells and experiences that are calling our soul homeward.
We hope we can offer you a small sense of homecoming as you join us for yoga, breathwork, meditation or qi gong 💕 with the sounds of the ocean, warmth of the sun and fresh smell of ocean air. 🌊

Come and get your yoga on the beach with us-at Tower 14 in Huntington Beach (LEFT -pier side- of tower)! Classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience and taught by certified instructors.

Current Schedule *Monday - Wednesday 9 am and 5:30 pm *Thursday 7:30 am 10 am and 5:30 pm *Friday 9 am and 5:30 pm *Saturday and Sunday 10 am.

Donations are gladly accepted but not necessary to join. Location 14th&PCH Huntington Beach. Hope to see you soon!
