I have treated everyday aches and pains, chronic pain conditions, athletic type injuries and even clients with Cancer, MS and Fibromyalgia. I have been interested in and practicing holistic living for over 16 years. I offer unique intuitive based customized massages, for each client. I use stretching techniques, hot stones, aromatherapy and trigger point methods. I create a nurturing, relaxing yet

therapeutic environment. To feel pain is not the ideal way to live life, furthermore it is not the natural state of our bodies. I offer affordable rates and encourage all my clients to maintain their health through consistent visits.

But growth teaches a softer truth… that protecting your peace is not selfish — it’s sacred.

You can have a kind heart and still choose boundaries.
You can love deeply and still stop overextending yourself for people who only know how to take.

The older I get, the more I realize that energy is precious.
Where we place it matters.
Who we share it with matters.
And the most peaceful life is built by pouring into spaces that also pour back into us. ✨💛
