Strong glutes play a huge role in knee stability, force production, landing mechanics, and reducing unnecessary stress through the legs during sports. For college volleyball athletes like Easton, this isn’t just “accessory work”… it’s foundational. 🏐

Running through pain isn’t a badge of honor—your body is trying to tell you something. 👣🏃‍♀️

Madison came in dealing with plantar fasciitis and shin splints from running, so today’s focus was reducing tension, improving tissue mobility, and helping her body recover so she can keep doing what she loves.

Manual therapy, muscle scraping, and cupping all play a role in restoring movement, improving circulation, and calming down irritated tissue. Recovery isn’t just about resting—it’s about giving your body the support it needs to adapt and come back stronger.
