Left or right hemisphire weakness in the leg, arm, and face may be a sign of stroke. So may sudden slurred speech or inability to understand. A stroke is when a part of the brain is not receiving sufficient oxygen rich blood, and it time it will die. If the person receives professional treatment within the hour, it is likely that all signs and symtpms will go back to normal.

When someone is having a "Gran Mal Seizure", convulsions occur. Call 911 and protect their head. Once convulsions stop check for breating, if they are breathing, position them in the recovery position, if not, start CPR. Note: It is likely that they may lose bowel or bladder control. Their mouth may bleed due to them having bitten their toungue.
