It’s actually a seed! 🌱 This little powerhouse is naturally gluten-free, packed with protein, and full of fiber, antioxidants, and essential nutrients like B vitamins, iron, and potassium. It’s one of my favorite simple swaps to support digestion, energy, and overall wellness, especially for growing kids.
