Today’s walk in my neighborhood. New noticings are possible when you’re open to receive. We can do a lot but first we are Human Be-ings. Take breaks to, ‘Quiet the mind, open the heart’. Creating an expansive space within that can hold more of life’s joys and sorrows. Bending, flexing, not breaking (although breaking can in time create more space as well). Love to All💓.
