Hey fellow psych-interested med students! If you're looking for an opportunity for some easy community service hours that will go toward a great cause, please feel free to check out this flyer from one of our awesome co-presidents (note that monetary donations toward the same cause can also be sent via Venmo (). All donations are greatly appreciated! Boxes will be set up in both the BCC (outside the lecture hall on the counter) and the Wellness Center (in the room with the pool table). Hopefully this finds you all coming to the close of a successful week! We just wanted to give you all a heads up on our next interest group meeting, which will be on Tuesday, June 7th in the BCC auditorium at 6:00 PM. We will be talking about plans for this year, including planning for MS1 orientation, and leadership positions. Feel free to reach out to Danny McNeil (mcneil31@marshall.edu) or Ethan Higginbotham (higginboth53@marshall.edu) with any questions. Good evening everyone! I hope that the spring semester is treating all of you well! Just a heads up that we will be meeting next Wednesday, 3/30, at Bahnhof. One of our co-presidents, Cat Cavender, who recently matched to a psychiatry residency with the University of South Carolina at Greenville, will be there to answer any questions about the application process, interviews, etc. We will also be discussing our plans for the remainder of the semester and leadership transitions for the upcoming year.
