Carillon Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Located on a beautifully-landscaped, 11-acre country setting in the centrally located North Shore community of Huntington Long Island,

Carillon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 315 bed skilled nursing facility that boasts bright spacious private and semi-private rooms equipped with Cable TV. There are 5 courtyards with gazebos throughout our beautifully landscaped 11 acre setting. We embrace diversity and self-expression and strive to create an ambience that reflects the unique individuality of our patients. A patient’s room is their own personal outlet and we want to ensure that each room reflects the personal flare that each individual brings to Carillon. Private and semi-private rooms possess safety and comfort features and are attractively furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with private and semi/private bathrooms. We strongly welcome and encourage each patient to personalize his or her room as much as possible. Cultivating a sense of belonging is an important step toward a full and fast recovery and long-term happiness.
