Our residents enjoyed a wonderful festive tour of Christmas lights throughout Huntington County! Highlights included Sunken Gardens, Rotary Park, Freedom Avenue, and Division Road.

The evening was filled with joyful moments that made this holiday season truly special. Creating meaningful experiences like this is something we love doing for our residents, and this night was one to remember.

Heritage Pointe of Huntington was filled with holiday cheer as Santa and his helper stopped by to visit our residents and staff! They delivered Christmas cards, shared smiles, and helped spread the joy of the season. It was wonderful to see so many happy faces and everyone enjoying this special visit.

Author Visit at Heritage Pointe of Huntington

Our residents enjoyed a special visit from Doris Rapp, wife of our Chaplain, Pastor Bill Rapp! Doris shared highlights from her inspiring career as an educator, counselor, and author, offering insight into her life’s work and passion for writing. Our residents were fully engaged and loved hearing her story.

We love hosting events like this because they bring our community together, spark curiosity, and create joyful, memorable experiences for our residents.

Meet Our Board Member: Rev. Steven Conner

Rev. Steven Conner is a Fort Wayne resident who retired in 2018 after 43 years in United Methodist pastoral ministry. He holds a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary and has served on multiple boards, including Bashor Children’s Home and Associated Churches.
