Live results, notifications, and predictive course tracking!

We’re excited to roll out RTRT live predictive tracking tomorrow at the Coal River Classic Invitational (presented by SAHS Cross Country / Track & Field).

With RTRT you can track athletes in real time as they pass checkpoints on the 3K and 5K courses, view live individual results during the races, and see team scores once the events are complete.

Coaches, athletes, and families are encouraged to share this link so supporters who can’t attend in person can follow along. A QR code will also be included on the front of team packets for easy access.

Yesterday our team had the privilege of directing the 2025 Elk River Rail Trail Marathon/Half Marathon! Nearly 300 participants from more than 20 states joined us on the trail, making it a day to remember.

Proceeds support the Elk River Trail Foundation in their mission to maintain and enhance the trail for everyone to enjoy.

We’re grateful for the warm welcome from the city of Gassaway and the incredible community support. A special thanks to The Mayor of Gassaway for officially kicking things off by firing the starting gun!

Like any new venue, we discovered a few things to improve, and we’re excited to take those lessons into 2026 to make the event even better. Stay tuned for updates on next year’s race date.

We are truly honored to serve as the official timers of the prestigious Charleston Distance Run! This iconic event is no small task as it features separate start and finish lines, three split points, an announcer line, and live tracking with RaceJoy. It takes the dedication and teamwork of our entire crew to make it all happen seamlessly, and we couldn’t be prouder to play our part in bringing this race to life.

We’re excited to announce a brand-new feature on the APTiming Results platform – Team Results pages for Cross Country!

With this update, each team can quickly view their participants’ times – and even better – you can click on an athlete’s time to watch their finish line video.

This feature made its debut Saturday at the Huntington Wayne XC Invitational – please know that unfortunately our GoPro overheated during the last two races, so some finish line footage is missing.

We are always looking to enhance our results platform to provide a better user experience – more to come soon!

Our team was honored to serve as the official timing company for this year’s Childhood Language Center Firecracker 5K in Charleston.

The event saw 215 registered participants and 188 finishers, all running to support the Laurance Jones III Childhood Language Center, which offers free speech therapy services to children at no cost to families.

A special highlight before the race: Trent Hinkle of Clay County High School was presented with the 2025 James A. Campbell Memorial Scholarship ($1,500). Trent is an outstanding athlete and individual, and we’re proud to support his journey.

Big thanks to the Childhood Language Center, the volunteers, and everyone who made the event a success!
