As some of you might know the Harmony Home family suffered a tragic loss last Monday. In the wake of this tragedy I encourage people to check on their loved ones and make sure that just because somebody says they're okay doesn't mean they are. We all have our own struggles but some of us are better at hiding it than others. The one we lost was an awesome man whom everyone liked and will be greatly missed. My favorite memory of him was when I asked him to be the Grinch for our Christmas party. He looked at me like I was crazy but he did such a good job and was so good with the kids. He was awesome anyway but he was extra awesome that night. I will be a better man and a better director from just knowing him. Thank you Shawn for being a truly good human and I thank God for giving us the opportunity to get to know him for the short time we had him with us. I am asking for prayers for his family and for my Harmony Home family as we begin the healing process. And thank you so much to everyone who has reached out and offered support. It means more than you know!
