We had our annual Summer Luau, and the weather was fantastic! It was a wonderful day, from the Activities Department providing us with wonderful décor to enjoy to the delicious meal prepared by our Administrator, Ryan, his sidekick Jonathan and our Culinary Department. We ate grilled pineapple, vegetable fried rice, kabob-style vegetables, and Hawaiian marinated grilled chicken. However, the day was far from over! At the "Flamingo Lounge Tiki Bar," our very own Culinary Manager and "mixologist," Danielle, brought the smiles with Happy Hour, serving up Pina Coladas, Creek Sunrises, Strawberry Daiquiris, and Mai Tais. Everyone gathered to enjoy island-style music and the refreshing Mocktails!
