Going off the rails from here on out …

There are so many sides to us.

I used to feel confused as to who I was because I always felt different. I would get in my head and get down about the inconsistency of it all.

One day grounded, one day ecstatically hilarious, one day down, one day completely unhinged.

Then I realized that’s the whole point.

To allow ourselves to move through and CELEBRATE the experience of being human while being rooted in the deep vibrational truth of who we are underneath it all - the conscious limitless force of energy - God - source.

This is the path we return to in our work together.

We closed on our new home today!!!

The last several years have been some of the most challenging and transformative years of my life.

At certain points in that time I felt brought to my knees. I realized so much about myself, especially the habitual patterns that were no longer serving me.

I remember when I started this business years ago…

(there have been many stages of biz for me - my first rendition was renting space for an in person movement class that incorporated music, energetics, rewiring through patterns by cultivating a mind body connection)

I stated my desires to the universe and asked for life to give me what I needed in order to grow into that woman that could mother the way I wanted while also leading a movement for all the women that desire to return to themselves and release old conditioning, shame, unspoken expectations and carrying the invisible load in order to lead from their heart and soul.

NEVER did I expect that life would hand me what it did 😂 but that’s usually how it goes.

Life delivers us experiences to grow and learn from. It’s up to us how we choose to respond.

There is always choice.

I used to put myself at the bottom of the do list and then wonder why I was exhausted and irritated.

It wasn’t until I unintentionally stopped drinking in 2020 that I realized how much I had been cut off from myself through the 3-4x/week glass of wine.

I didn’t realize that the irritation and lack of fulfillment that I felt was because my mind was cut off from hearing my needs and desires. I had closed off that line of communication to my heart, so it didn’t have a chance to be heard. There was shame and fear, the needs and desires felt too big, too scary, not the right time for them so I looked away and avoided.

All things I told myself to stay “safe” and “comfortable” in my head of busy-ness and doing everything for everyone else.

I had a doctorate in analyzing myself and others and spend A LOT of time thinking.

I’m so grateful I realized that was not the way I wanted to continue living: constantly in my head, disconnected from my heart, and putting my life on hold to put other’s lives front and center.
What ended happening were actually feared and avoided ended up happening because that is the message that I was sending out to the field of potential.
