For so long I attempted to “make peace with my past” and analyze the why of it all, thinking when resolved then I would be freer and lighter.

I was like a miner digging in my own inner world with all the players, try to find answers from a place that no longer existed.

Now my lense has shifted outward, toward what is here right now.

Much of our suffering comes from meaning that our mind is attaching to our life, mulling things over trying to understand, imagining regrets.

I get how it takes away from your ability to live right here and now. To see what’s right in front of you and enjoy more of it.

I help people shift their state of being so that more ease and joy can be where they are.
To join in the process of creating where they are going.
And when challenging things come their way they are well equipped to navigate.

Let that take some pressure off - you don’t have to understand it all.
You can simply live it.

I often use this as a grounding reminder of the infinite force that is at play supporting us in every moment.
I think it helps because it’s so much bigger than the 6,000 thoughts we have running around our head each day.
(And yes that is the average amount of thoughts we have each day - choose wisely 😁)

10 years of January come to a close tomorrow. TF

Tbh feeling extra stressed in my personal life as well, and I am calling on all the tools.

The reason I share all of this information and I’m so passionate about it is because I use it and it works.

The thing with stress is that it can cause pain AND suffering.

Pain is acute, suffering lingers.

Suffering continues after the thing is over,
After there is nothing to do about it,
Suffering is the continuous thought that this shouldn’t have happened.

This is draining AF, as we know. Like unnecessary tabs open on your computer running in the background taking up a ton of energy.

That’s why I love using multi level communication to both conscious and subconscious mind to close the tabs, sometimes in as little as one meeting.

Happy Birthday Dad! Isn’t he so angelic?!
He’s the blond on the right in the picture.

I love telling my kid’s about Grandpa Joe.

My Aunt (his sister) texted me the other day that he would start reminding them in September about his birthday and I thought yup sounds about right.

She also shared that he loved food and would eat whatever was left over on his sibling’s plates. One time his Aunt got him up the stairs to take a nap with a handful of grapes 😂
This also sounded right on point. I remember my Nan once asking him if he wanted to be alone with his meal lol.

Like I said own your weird.

I love him so much and I’m so grateful for the infinite connection.

Grief is not sacred and I would never imagine being able to feel the way that I do now 20 years ago.

Unconscious reprogramming is one way that has facilitated this transformation for me and others.

There is another way. Here for you always and in all ways if you are curious to feel even more connected and free.

Do you feel a s**t ton of responsibility when you hear that you create your reality?

Look for the evidence of your success.

You are power. You get to choose.

Eventually it clicks that you are electricity that the universe is responding to.

Similar to a radio - the signals you send out are being sent right back to you.

When that clicks EVERYTHING changes.
