Last night was such a special one! I had the honor of teaching pelvic health to an incredible group of Doulas, many of them newly trained, and it was so beautiful to see them eager to learn and bring this knowledge to the families they serve. đź’› We did this event in conjunction with LIDA, and all proceeds were donated to the community support fund, which provides prenatal and postpartum resources to moms in need. This is exactly why I do what I do.

It was an honor to attend this beautiful and thoughtfully curated evening with and an inspiring group of women dedicated to redefining how we approach health and longevity.

The conversation brought together leading voices in cardiology, dermatology, and women’s hormonal health to explore what truly matters in midlife wellness; from heart health to skin longevity to balanced hormones. A meaningful reminder that women’s health deserves a more integrated, proactive approach. Grateful to also hear from , who shared powerful insights on functional nutrition and its role in supporting long-term vitality.
