A lot of arm pain in young athletes…

If the body isn’t moving well—especially the hips and low back—
the shoulder ends up doing too much.

That’s where problems start.

Lessons learned from vacation…

You feel better when you move more.
Not being tied to a desk helps.

Kids love riding bikes.
They don’t ask for an iPad or TV when they’re on two wheels.

Being bored is often just a state of mind.

Less sitting. More movement. More life.

You don’t need to overhaul everything—
just find small ways to move more throughout your day.
