Thursday, July 31st: Weekly Meal at Harmony House, located at 627 4th Ave, Huntington, WV. We will meet in front of Harmony House to begin serving around 11:45AM. Let us know ahead of time if you're planning to assist!

Sunday, Aug 3rd: Monthly Carebag Pack, where we prep our carebags for this month's distributions. Those interested in assisting will meet at our new space inside the St. Peter's Episcopal Church at 11:30AM, located at 2248 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV! Contact us today if you're interested in joining.

GARDEN HOURS: Garden Hours will happen at the times listed on the graphic. Members of the community are welcome to join us during this time to help work in the garden. These are relaxed work days where you can work at your own pace in the garden. Garden Hours are subject to closure due to weather and/or illness. 📊 Our Community Needs Assessment is here – and the findings are eye-opening.

🔹 Nearly half of households in our region struggle to meet basic needs.
🔹 82% of single moms with children are living paycheck to paycheck.
🔹 57% of youth live in families that can’t afford essentials.
🔹 Chronic diseases, mental health challenges and lack of affordable housing remain critical barriers to thriving communities.

These numbers are more than statistics – they represent our neighbors, coworkers, friends and families.

We have a few spots open to volunteer with Healing Appalachia on September 19-20 to train people on how to use naloxone. This is an important opportunity to help save lives in our community!
