Long Island Hand to Shoulder Center was established by Dr. Jerry Ellstein and Dr. Neal Hochwald to provide high quality hand and upper extremity care to their patients. Dr. Ellstein, Dr. Hochwald, and Dr. Dagly treat all disorders related to the upper extremity, from simple fractures to delicate microsurgery and nerve repair.
