Our residents had so much fun this week being in front of the camera as we filmed our brand-new commercial. From lights and cameras to plenty of smiles and laughter, the film crew captured the true heart of our community - the people who make Woodlands feel like home.

🏈💚 Our residents spent the weekend enjoying an afternoon on the town with a special trip to Glenn’s Sporting Goods! They were treated to a private fashion show featuring the latest Marshall University gear, just in time as the Herd prepares to kick off the season this Saturday against Georgia.

We were proud to once again host our annual Quilts of Valor ceremony at Woodlands. This moving tradition brings together our talented quilters and our resident veterans for a celebration of service, sacrifice, and gratitude.

In front of a full house and to the sound of patriotic songs, six of our brave veterans were wrapped in handmade quilts as a symbol of comfort and appreciation:

Woodlands and our brand new Woodlands Marshall Alumni Chapter had the privilege of joining Marshall University during Community Cares Week — a time when the Herd rolls up its sleeves to make campus a better place for students, faculty, and future generations.

We brought a bus full to serve lunch to the incredible workers and volunteers helping with campus improvement projects. From handing out food with smiles to connecting with fellow Sons and Daughters of Marshall, it was a heartwarming reminder of the strong bond between our community and the university.

Thank you, Marshall, for letting us be a part of something so meaningful.
