Her healing path officially began when she earned an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from the NY College of Health Professions. She is NYS Licensed & Board Certified by NCBTMB. Her approach to Massage incorporates Chinese & European techniques to enhance the healing process. A variety of techniques such as acupressure, cupping, vibrational healing & psychic readings may be incorporated to create a “wholeness” to the session. As a Reiki Master Teacher she leads workshops & circles to help people connect to their spiritual selves & heal. Her Reiki Certification classes are in-depth & complete. If you choose to get become a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Vanessa will make sure you feel confident and lead you with gentle guidance as you join the community. Vanessa is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher. She enjoys teaching & continuously learning from her students. She also holds certifications with Karma Kids Yoga & Yoga Ed. Her background in dance lends to a strong understanding of movement & postural corrective exercises. People of all physical fitness levels can benefit from private or group yoga sessions. Vanessa is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor & ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Her favorite classes to teach are a high-energy Bootcamp class & fusion class of Pilates & Yoga. Probably my favorite circle to facilitate… Sunday’s Shamanic Drum Circle. Always a mix of sound, meditation, movement and awareness. A VERY special group of souls. Their energy was so strong that they literally set my cauldron on fire without the use of charcoal. (Typically my herbal combo, just smokes a couple of pieces and goes out).😳

Truly a night of ignition.

While enjoying a rousing game of party trivial pursuit, my sis in law become crazy psychic annnnd I believe we had a spirit visitation.

The green category had a question about the inventor of the phone, Erin, proceeds to answer and then say but “he really wasn’t the inventor right?”Well someone wanted to set the record straight!

Welcome to one of the most dramatic looking cards in the tarot deck. You may hear your reader do a sharp inhale when this card shows up in a reading.

But it’s not all bad. While The Tower exemplifies the fall from egoic, sudden upheaval, change, chaos… it can also bring awakening & revelation.

An interpretation of the flames: they count to 22 (12 zodiac, 10 points of the tree of life). The symbolic suggestion that divine intervention is always at play. The flames are also burning away of the old and purification into the new. This massive unwinding will be for the highest good.

What a great new gift I’ve been afforded. This is the first time I’ve had the honor making a drum for someone else. The excitement on this beautiful woman’s face when I came to deliver her baby. We took time to go over the care sheet created by and admire all of the beauty of this drum. Look at the marbling on this buffalo skin!
