Her healing path officially began when she earned an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from the NY College of Health Professions. She is NYS Licensed & Board Certified by NCBTMB. Her approach to Massage incorporates Chinese & European techniques to enhance the healing process. A variety of techniques such as acupressure, cupping, vibrational healing & psychic readings may be incorporated to create a “wholeness” to the session. As a Reiki Master Teacher she leads workshops & circles to help people connect to their spiritual selves & heal. Her Reiki Certification classes are in-depth & complete. If you choose to get become a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Vanessa will make sure you feel confident and lead you with gentle guidance as you join the community. Vanessa is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher. She enjoys teaching & continuously learning from her students. She also holds certifications with Karma Kids Yoga & Yoga Ed. Her background in dance lends to a strong understanding of movement & postural corrective exercises. People of all physical fitness levels can benefit from private or group yoga sessions. Vanessa is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor & ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Her favorite classes to teach are a high-energy Bootcamp class & fusion class of Pilates & Yoga. Classes & a variety of wholistic-based workshops, are currently available online for your convenience. Other Ways to join from a distance:
Meditation for Global Healing

These sessions are done over the phone/zoom. They may include Spiritual Guidance, Tarot/Card Reading, Meditation, Reiki & follow-up hw. If you can't be seen in person, this is the most complete way to explore your healing journey. Vanessa always strives to treat & teach from her heart & intuition. Let her be your guide for a healthier, more balanced & fulfilled life!

Planning ahead! The veil was so thin at our gathering last year. We experienced some powerful connections from our loved ones. Ask me about my own experience; it was crazy intense, even for me!

Not feeling my best today. Woke up for the kids with a pounding headache. After resting with a cranial pillow, eye mask and lots of pressure on my head… I’m happy to be outside with a tens unit and mom’s soup. (Possibly the best chicken soup in the world btw). I’ll do business out here thank you.
