Her healing path officially began when she earned an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from the NY College of Health Professions. She is NYS Licensed & Board Certified by NCBTMB. Her approach to Massage incorporates Chinese & European techniques to enhance the healing process. A variety of techniques such as acupressure, cupping, vibrational healing & psychic readings may be incorporated to create a “wholeness” to the session. As a Reiki Master Teacher she leads workshops & circles to help people connect to their spiritual selves & heal. Her Reiki Certification classes are in-depth & complete. If you choose to get become a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Vanessa will make sure you feel confident and lead you with gentle guidance as you join the community. Vanessa is a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher. She enjoys teaching & continuously learning from her students. She also holds certifications with Karma Kids Yoga & Yoga Ed. Her background in dance lends to a strong understanding of movement & postural corrective exercises. People of all physical fitness levels can benefit from private or group yoga sessions. Vanessa is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor & ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Her favorite classes to teach are a high-energy Bootcamp class & fusion class of Pilates & Yoga. Classes & a variety of wholistic-based workshops, are currently available online for your convenience. Other Ways to join from a distance:
Meditation for Global Healing

These sessions are done over the phone/zoom. They may include Spiritual Guidance, Tarot/Card Reading, Meditation, Reiki & follow-up hw. it is an honor to share my knowledge, but a pleasure to experience the transformation that can happen with willing hearts. In 75 short minutes we explored the full gamut of sound, word, movement, sharing, playing & receiving. I am in awe of Spirit. I am in awe of you.

Going to “midnight mass” alone may seem sad, but when that happens by circumstance…

I’m reminded of the stillness that the season urges us to have and yet seems to elude many of us completely.

I’m able to “miss” my family and friends and feel what their presence adds to my life.

I am able to sense the Divine in a different way and witness how some of those around me change during prayer.
If I’m really allowing, I’ll see colors and visions during this journey.

In truth, I am very far from alone.

Probably my favorite circle to facilitate… Sunday’s Shamanic Drum Circle. Always a mix of sound, meditation, movement and awareness. A VERY special group of souls. Their energy was so strong that they literally set my cauldron on fire without the use of charcoal. (Typically my herbal combo, just smokes a couple of pieces and goes out).😳

Truly a night of ignition.
