Each session consists of a combination of manual therapy as well as Pilates or yoga based exercises to treat any underlying muscle or joint imbalances you may have. Our approach is very gentle and effective, always carried out by a doctor of physical therapy. You are never left alone! We pride ourselves on utilizing “best practice”/or “evidence-based” techniques. Your condition is nothing we haven’t seen before and IF we cannot help you, you will know on the first visit! We do not “see how it goes”. We decide on a mutually agreeable course of treatment and we tell you from DAY 1 how long it will take to achieve your desired outcome as well as EXACTLY what you should and should not do.
