Next week our class is going to volunteer at the Huntington County Humane Society!
As far as donations, they could really use kitten supplies and/or $ to purchase kitten supplies. The amazon kitten wishlist is here:
https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1UGZ1J9Y3PB31?ref_=wl_share

They feed Purina One Chicken and rice food for our dogs and can always use any sort of soft dog treats.

If anyone is willing to donate, we could pick it up from you and take it with us!! ❤️🐕🐈

🌿 Community Photography at How the Wildflowers Grow

Supporting the kids in our community has always been at the heart of what we do. Alongside our camps, classes, and family resources, we’re excited to begin integrating community photography as another way to celebrate the growth, passion, and connection we see every day.

📸 Why Photography Belongs in Our Learning Center

Photography isn’t just pictures — it’s storytelling. It’s a way to capture the moments where kids shine: their hard work, their dedication, their friendships, and the pride they feel when they accomplish something meaningful. These are the same values we teach in our programs, and photography lets us highlight them in a powerful, visual way.

By documenting sports, community events, and everyday moments, we can show families what makes this community so special. We get to spotlight the kids who are learning, trying new things, showing leadership, and supporting one another — the same things we nurture inside our learning center.

🌼 What This Means for Our Community

This new photography branch allows us to:

• Celebrate kids’ strengths and passions
• Tell authentic stories about our community
• Highlight the positive, supportive environment our families create
• Capture real moments of growth, teamwork, and joy
• Strengthen the connection between our programs and the community around us

It’s all part of the same mission: helping kids grow, feel seen, and feel proud of who they are.

Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share these stories with you ❤️

🌞 What a day at Wildflowers!
We had the best time learning outside today — fresh air and so many smiles.

Our show‑and‑tell was a hit, and the kids loved sharing their treasures with friends. We kept the fun going with hands‑on learning about Cinco de Mayo:
🎉 making colorful sombreros
🍩 enjoying churros
📚 learning the history in a kid‑friendly way

It was the perfect mix of creativity, culture, and outdoor adventure. Love watching these kiddos learn, explore, and grow together.
