We had a blast yesterday at Del Webb’s spring expo! We got to celebrate this year being our 5th year in business by giving away 5 bouquets! Jenny and I love this community and love what we do.

Wow! 5 years ago! March 19th marked the day of the first lock down for COVID. We know COVID did a number on a lot of small businesses but for Jessica and Jenny, it was a start for building their dream company!

From seeing clients outside, in garages and wearing masks....to shaping into a company who's goal is to provide accessible physical therapy and personal training in the community we have come a LONG way.

Thank you to everyone who supported our dream along the way! From other business owners, referral partners and local physicians/ nurse practioners to our amazing clients we cannot thank you enough!
