Come and flow on Saturday, May 30 at 10:30am at North Mountain Vineyard & Winery . Weather is forecast to be kind so we will be outside enjoying the sun, vines and fresh air. Led by certified yoga teacher Nanci Schimizzi, cost is $15 and includes a beverage. Bring your mat. Drop ins are welcome.

The "Relax and Rejuvenate" retreat is in the books! 25 lovely yogis spent the day with us at Hidden Creek Farm. We flowed, walked, meditated, journaled and relaxed and rejuvenated.
