Congratulations on Mrs. Smith on her awesome recovery here at Huntsville health and rehabilitation center. Mrs. Smith came to our facility not able to walk nor propel herself in a wheelchair and today she is leaving our facility on a walker without any assistance. Mrs. Smith is very thankful for the physical therapy, nurses, CNA’s and activities for helping her get to this road of recovery here at Huntsville Health and rehabilitation center.
