I'm so glad that is intentional about creating events that support community over competition. I was honored and thrilled to speak alongside these incredible clinicians at the Real Talk on Private Practice Therapy panel.
It’s always a joy seeing familiar faces & getting to know new ones. ✨

When we were thinking about who we wanted to ask to join our private practice panel, Anna Naylor Counseling came to mind right away!

Anna Naylor, LPC is the owner of Anna Naylor Counseling and is a true example of building a thriving private practice from the ground up. As a therapist who has recently navigated the practice-building and licensure process, Anna offers the unique perspective of someone who built a successful private practice immediately following graduate school. She’s done all of this over the last three years and is up-to-date on the current resources, process, and challenges. We value her insights so much and know you will too!

Join us at the Downtown Huntsville Public Library this Friday to get all your burning private practice questions answered by therapists who’ve been there! 12:30 pm 🪴

Therapists!

Ever wish you could pick the brains of successful practice owners? Common Ground Cowork, a therapist coworking space in Huntsville, is hosting a free panel discussion for our community! Louisa DiLeone, LPC-S and Christina Pannell, LICSW, owners of Common Ground Cowork, are excited to host an expert panel of therapists who will offer their insights and answer your questions. Whether you’re curious about solo, group, cash-pay, or insurance-based practices, our panelists will share the lessons they’ve learned and give you an inside look at what it really takes to build a thriving therapy practice.

Meet Our Panelists

Brynnan Reddy, LPC is the owner of Life Seasons Counseling Services and finds her passion in working with moms, dads, couples, and families who are experiencing stress related to infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum transitions. Built on a foundation of expertise, collaboration, and a client-first approach, Life Seasons Counseling Services has grown rapidly, attracting top-tier therapists and a steady stream of referrals.

Shani Levy McBay, LMFT is the owner of Mosaic Treatment, a private pay solo practice. Her work is deeply trauma-informed, utilizing EMDR, attachment and somatic-focused modalities, and parts work. Shani offers preparation and integration services for Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and is currently training in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. She has maintained a successful private practice for more than ten years, navigating the complexities of telehealth with both individuals and couples.

Pam Tippit, LPC-S is the owner of Blissful Mind Behavioral Health, Uncommon BIPOC, and is the co-founder of MHPNA. In addition to therapy, she is deeply committed to the professional growth of other mental health professionals. As a LPC-S, she enjoys providing supervision to the up-and-coming therapists of tomorrow. Pam developed a transformative community where BIPOC entrepreneurs and professionals can find mentorship, growth, and a space where their experiences are truly understood.

Louisa DiLeone, LPC-S is the owner of Bloom Counseling and co-founder of Common Ground Cowork. She treats high-functioning, perfectionistic professionals and athletes and provides supervision to Associate Licensed Counselors seeking full licensure. Louisa is passionate about the process of business and brand-building and believes that showing up authentically is the key to having a consistently full and sought after practice.

Christina Pannell, LICSW will serve as our moderator and will also be open to questions. She is the owner of Christina Pannell Counseling and co-founder of MHPNA and Common Ground Cowork. Admittedly reluctant to jump into private practice, Christina’s perspective is rooted in her Social Work background and her desire to stay true to Social Work’s core values. In light of the coinciding events of MLK Jr. Day and inauguration day, I want to be clear about my practice as a mental healthcare provider. I am a safe clinician, and my office is a safe space. I will continue to advocate and fight for human rights, marginalized communities, and bodily autonomy.
