✨BTS Pilates as a Pelvic Floor PT ✨
invited me to come out for content day and I immediately said yes because as a Pelvic Floor PT, the reformer is one of my favorite tools
I’m always looking at how people breathe and the pressure system within the belly. One of the biggest mistakes I see? Holding your breath during the hard part!

So here’s some tips the next time you’re on the reformer:
🧘🏾♀️ Inhale to prepare—let that pelvic floor relax
💨 Exhale on the exertion—lift the pelvic floor and draw the belly in
