Announcing the Mental Toughness Academy

MSP Performance is pleased to announce the opening of the Mental Toughness Academy. We are currently looking for 15 athletes and/or other performers to enroll in the first class of the Academy, the Performer’s Course.

The Performer’s Course is a 10-week program focusing on helping performers of all types develop the skills and qualities necessary for them to become more mentally tough. Mentally tough performers tend to be more realistically confident. Confident performers tend to be more successful. The program not only draws from the current practice surrounding Mental Toughness but also includes the Grit and Psychological Resilience literature!

Those who enroll for this first course will get a 70% discount on the program (normally $500), the program manual, and a program t-shirt.

In exchange for the above, the participants selected will be expected to attend all 10 classes and to provide detailed feedback about each class in order to assist in the further development of the course.

What? Mental Toughness Academy, Performer’s Course - 10 classes
Who? Athletes and other performers (performing artists, physicians, other professionals wanting to become more mentally tough). Ages 18 and up for this first run.
How much? $150 per attendee (normally $500)
When? Sunday Afternoons, 3-5pm, beginning March 5 (approx.) and ending May 7 (approx.)

The course (and the price) is limited to the first 15 performers that sign up!

NOTE: It is recommended that those performers “in season” not enroll in the course at the same time (too much going on). We plan to offer the course 3-4 times per year.
