Is anxiety interfering with your life? Would you like to learn strategies to quiet that anxious inner dialogue? Join us to gain tools in managing anxiety, reduce the distraction and frustration anxiety causes in daily life, increase your understanding of the brain/body connection, and relate to others that also experience anxiety. Group will run for six weeks on Tuesdays from 6:30pm until 8pm from Sept 20th to Oct 25th. 😱WOW!!!! WHEN I SAY I CRIED TEARS OF HAPPINESS FOR THIS MOM Im NOT LYING!

In other countries and cultures, the postpartum period is valued and the new mother is well taken care of for WEEKS after birth! Why is it that the American culture is to abandon the mom, only care about the new baby, and only days after birth the new mom has to do it all! A lot of moms I’ve spoken to have never even heard of a postpartum doula. This video said it best, that these cultural practices are to PREVENT illnesses vs the American way of curative healthcare, which a lot of times is just bandaging an even bigger problem.

This video was WONDERFUL and so informative and if you watch it and make it to the end, I hope you share with other moms, to normalize bringing this sort of care into the homes of every new mom!

Postpartum Doulas are an amazing asset. Unfortunately in our country, it’s a luxury. I want to help every new mom like this lady in this video. This should be talked about more and we definitely need to make this be a normal part of the postpartum journey. Please enjoy! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
