Ask your team one question in every meeting. “What did we learn from this that we can reuse?”

Capture answers in a simple shared doc. By Friday, you will have a library of real, lived playbooks created by your own people.

Learning becomes lighter, closer, and more useful when it comes from their daily wins, not just our slide decks.
