How Do You Bloom?: The Bouquet-Building Experience was nothing short of amazing!

There was something so powerful about witnessing women pause long enough to recognize their own strength—and just as importantly, their softness. 🌻

Last week’s event was filled with honest reflection, meaningful insight, and the kind of connection that reminds us that we’re not alone in our growth journeys. Each bouquet told a story of resilience, healing, and becoming.

Deep gratitude for the connection, the vulnerability, and to everyone who participated, supported, and made this a sold-out SIT & BLOOM session. 💛

Special thank you to Albert's Flowers, who supplied all the flowers and bouquet materials. 💛

Two licensed therapists. One intentional space. A powerful invitation to heal.

Marissa Copeland, owner of Bloom Psychotherapy & Empowerment Services (serving clients in Louisiana and Alabama), is joining forces with Save It for Therapy owner Cassie Shropshire, (serving clients in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia)— to bring you something special:

🌿 SIT & BLOOM Processing Groups 🌸

What does it mean to SIT & BLOOM?

It means we create space — real, safe, intentional space — for you to:

✨ SIT with the feelings.
The good. The bad. The messy. The grief. The anger. The uncertainty.
No rushing. No fixing. No pretending.

✨ Heal what feels damaged or broken.
With guidance, reflection, and support from licensed professionals who understand the work.

✨ BLOOM anyway.
Because you survived what was heavy.
You endured what felt impossible.
And there is still growth, alignment, and thriving available to you.

In these processing groups, you’ll gain practical tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, self-trust, and resilience — while also connecting with others who get it. Healing happens in community, and you don’t have to do this alone.

If you’re ready to sit with your story…
to reclaim your voice…
to grow through what you’ve gone through…

Join us.

Come SIT.
Come BLOOM. 🌻

Here’s your gentle reminder that you don’t have to earn support by struggling first. Accept the love that’s being offered. 🫂💖

There are seasons in life that stretch us. Seasons that require courage, boundaries, resilience, and quiet perseverance. Often, we move through them without fully recognizing the strength we’ve developed along the way.

How Do You Bloom? is an intimate women’s processing group designed to help you reconnect with the strengths you already carry.

Through guided reflection, grounding practices, and meaningful group conversation, you’ll explore the parts of yourself that have grown through life transitions, relationship shifts, daily stressors, and personal healing. Together, we’ll engage in a hands-on bouquet experience where each flower represents a strength you’ve cultivated — whether born from choice, necessity, or growth.

This experience is:

Reflective and empowering
Grounded in emotional safety
Connection-centered, not pressure-filled
Designed for women in seasons of growth, healing, or rediscovery

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to be in crisis. You simply need a willingness to show up as you are.

You’ll leave with:

A personalized bouquet symbolizing your strengths
Greater clarity about who you are becoming
A renewed sense of grounded confidence
Meaningful connection with other women walking their own growth journeys.

If you’re ready to honor your resilience and nurture what’s still growing, we would love to have you join us.

Give yourself permission to SIT & BLOOM with us.

Our For the Love of Blooming: Love, Loss & Boundaries group was a powerful reminder that choosing to show up for yourself is an act of self-care. 💛

One of our favorite take-aways involved each of us making a commitment to self-care for the remainder of the month.

Each participant made a commitment to healing — through honesty, reflection, and courageous vulnerability. Protecting your peace, honoring your boundaries, and processing your story isn’t selfish… it’s strength.

If you’re ready to recommit to your own growth and well-being, we’d love to have you join us at the next group! Details coming SOON! 🌻

Last week’s For The Love of Blooming: Love, Loss & Boundaries process group was such a powerful reminder of what happens when women choose courage over comfort. 💛

Thank you to every person who showed up with honesty, openness, and a willingness to be seen. The vulnerability in the room created a space where stories were honored, emotions were validated, insight was gained, and strength was reclaimed.

One of the most beautiful takeaways? Engagement changes everything. When participants leaned in, shared authentically, reflected deeply, and supported one another, healing accelerated. Vulnerability wasn’t weakness — it became connection. And connection became clarity, confidence, and renewed necessary boundaries, and weeding out what no longer serves us.

If you’ve been thinking about joining but weren’t sure… let this be your invitation. Growth happens in safe community. You don’t have to process love or loss alone.

More groups are coming soon — and we would love to have you SIT & BLOOM with us next time.💐

A very special thank you to Cassie Shropshire, LPC at Save It for Therapy for allowing us to gather and utilize her space so that this special moment could take place. We honor and appreciate you and we so look forward to further collaboration! 💛💜
