Generalized Anxiety is a broad diagnosis that often has many layers to it. The behaviors and sometimes invisible internalized feelings look different from one person to another. Anxiety can also co-exist with Depression, PTSD or other diagnoses.

Here is an example of what anxiety can look and feel like when your experience is more specific in nature such as with social anxiety.
