While nothing can replace the in-person presence and advocacy of a doula by your side, these Birth Planning Sessions give you space to prepare with intention, learn what matters for your birth, get your questions answered, and make thoughtful decisions. With this, you’ll be able to walk in to your birth feeling prepared and sure of your voice and your choices.

These Birth Planning Sessions are scheduled virtually so we can expand our reach and continue our mission of helping families have beautiful, informed births.

2025, wrapped. And honestly… I’m just really grateful.

Grateful for the quiet, powerful moments like this.
For partners showing up steady and strong.
For families who trusted me in the middle of the unknown.

This number isn’t about chasing an unmedicated birth.
It’s about what consistent, loving support makes possible.

When people feel safe, heard, and supported through labor, outcomes improve across the board — fewer interventions, fewer cesareans, more confidence, more satisfaction with the birth experience (no matter how it unfolds).

This work has never been about one “right” way to give birth.
It’s about presence. Advocacy. Holding space when things feel hard or uncertain. And helping families walk into parenthood feeling empowered and supported.

This year also marked something really special… Imagine Birth grew into a team.
To my two doulas who stepped in with steady hands, open hearts, and a shared commitment to this work: I’m so proud of what we’re building together.

Thank you to every family who let us be part of your story this year.

Imagine Birth Doulas FIRST Christmas Party🎄

I feel so thankful to have these two women beside me as we care for and support mamas throughout our community. Birth work asks so much of the people who do it, and watching them show up with confidence, compassion, and genuine presence has meant more to me than I can put into words.

Getting to honor them as the very first doulas on the Imagine Birth team feels deeply meaningful. Building this alongside women I trust and respect has been one of the most special parts of this year.

My heart is full, and I’m so grateful for what we’re creating together. 🥰

I like to look at every single study that has any association with preeclampsia, since it seems to be such an unknown in the pregnancy world. This is a great look at B12 deficiency and how it can impact the placenta.
