Osteoporosis can make bones weaker over time, but movement is one of the best ways to help protect them. Load-bearing and resistance exercises place healthy stress on the bones, encouraging them to maintain and build strength.

Examples include:
• Walking or stair climbing
• Squats and lunges
• Resistance bands or weight training
• Balance and stability exercises

These exercises don’t just support bone density — they also improve strength, posture, balance, and reduce fall risk.

The key is consistency. Small amounts of strength training done regularly can make a big impact on long-term bone health.

Down regulation and global relaxation is vital for learning how to coordinate and feel the entirety of the pelvic floor. Issues such as painful in*******se, chronic pelvic floor disorders, urgency, and certain types of leakage are often associated more so with tightness than weakness. While both play a role in pelvic floor function, it is important you consult with a professional to determine the exact cause of your specific symptoms.

If you want to improve your golf game, focus on these 3 areas in your training:

1. Hip Mobility & StabilityYour hips drive your swing. If they can rotate smoothly and stay controlled, you’ll get better backswing depth and cleaner contact.-Train: hip rotations, split squats, and single-leg balance work

2. Thoracic (Upper Back) MobilityLimited upper back rotation = limited swing. You need to be able to rotate and side bend to fully load and unload your swing.-Train: open books, thread-the-needle, and rotational stretches

3. Power & Force ProductionMobility sets the stage—but power is what adds distance. You need strength and speed to turn that rotation into clubhead speed.-Train: medicine ball throws, rotational lifts, and explosive core work

Bottom line:Better movement + more control + added power = longer, more consistent shots ⛳️

Tired of tripping over your feet, losing your balance, or simply feeling like you cannot stay stable? Your ankles might be the problem. Your ankles influence movement, strength and coordination up the chain. If your ankles are weak and unstable, this can lead to issues with ambulating over uneven surfaces or injuries such as chronic ankle sprains. Learning exercises to reduce this impact is crucial for everyone.
