Hi, so a time slot has opened up at Mill Kat
Healing Arts. So for the time being I’ll be teaching there

Monday evenings
5:30-6:30 Self Defense phase 1 (de-escalation, escape and evasion) no experience necessary, intended for marginalized communities and movements restrictions

6:30-7:30 Chi Kung (breath work, meditation and energy movement)
No experience necessary
