Exciting Leadership Changes‼️

This week, ASRI is pleased to announce promotion of Mr. Jay Vaughan as our new President! Jay formerly served as ASRI Vice President of Business Development. As part of a planned succession, Mr. Bill Colson is transitioning from ASRI President after 6 ½ years of successful leadership — though he’s not going far! He will be continuing on ASRI’s Board of Directors, serving as an Executive Advisor, and involved in Corporate Development efforts such as customer support and community outreach.

We are so grateful for all of Bill’s guidance and look forward to seeing where Jay will take us. Please join us in congratulating both on their new roles!

SHIELD is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) contract with a maximum 10-year, $151 billion value. This week's awards are the first in a series aimed at establishing a portfolio of qualified companies capable of agile, innovative responses to the MDA's evolving missions and programs such as the integrated missile-defense architecture known as Golden Dome.

We're thrilled to be included in the first series of awards and look forward to exploring how our expertise can help make the MDA's goals a reality.
