This Simple Stretch = BIG Relief
Low Back Pain?
Try this 1-minute stretch:
✅ Lay on your back
✅ Pull one knee to your chest
✅ Hold 20–30 sec, switch legs
✅ Repeat 2–3x/day
If pain doesn’t improve, it may be more than tight muscles.
