A small-town girl with big heart and grit, Haven has been part of the ApproXie family for nearly 5 years. She’s no stranger to hard work or personal transformation — after losing over 100 lbs herself, she brings firsthand knowledge and compassion to every patient encounter. Expecting her first baby this September, Haven continues to inspire others, and is excited to share the next chapter of her health journey postpartum. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with real-life understanding, guiding patients through customized plans that support lasting change.

Meet Tyneishia •
Nurse Practitioner | Wellness Advocate 💙💚

Tyneishia is a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 6 years of experience, earning her FNP certification from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH). She holds a Master’s in Community Health from Jacksonville State University and completed her BSN at UAH with honors.

For the past 2 years, Tyneishia has been an integral part of the Wellness by ApproXie team, where she helps patients transform their health, set realistic goals, and feel empowered in their wellness journey. As a mom of three, she understands the balance of real life and real change—and brings both empathy and expertise to every patient she meets.

Tyneishia believes that true health is not about perfection—it’s about progress, support, and showing up for yourself one step at a time. Her passion lies in educating and encouraging patients to take control of their health and feel confident in their bodies and choices.

She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Calhoun in 2005 and brings years of experience, warmth, and wisdom to our team. 💉 A dedicated nurse, mother of four, and loving grandmother, Christina is passionate about patient care and deeply committed to helping others improve their health — all while on her own wellness journey, having already lost 20 pounds! 💪Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and her church community. 💚

Casey Jo joined us in July 2025 and brings over 12 years of experience in the medical field.
