We have new meds in the dry eye space, but doctors are struggling to get them to patients.

Tyrvaya nasal spray (great if you hate drops)
Miebo drops for evaporative dry eye
Xdemvy for demodex blepharitis
Vevye (new cyclosporine) for dry eye

Don't be surprised if you are told "We will send this to a specialty pharmacy" because most of these are not sent to your local pharmacy to save you money.
