Beginning today, eligibility for COVID-19 vaccinations is extended to include phase 1B and people 65 years of age or older. This includes frontline critical workers defined as: First responders, corrections officers and support staff; Food and agriculture workers; U.S. Postal Service workers; manufacturing workers; grocery store workers; public transit workers; educators including child care workers, k-12, community colleges, and all higher education institutions (teachers and support staff
members); judiciary; and clergy/ministers.
Visit www.alcovidvaccine.gov to schedule available appointments or see a list of drive-thru & walk-in clinics. Please note that sites have a limited supply of vaccine, as demand continues to greatly exceed the supply provided by the federal government.
