Dr. Booth grew up in Humboldt, Tennessee. in Biology at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee, and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis in 1985. Dr. Booth established the Cosmetic Dental Center of Huntsville in 1999. We are now located in the CDC Building at 2410 L & N Drive near the Parkway Place Mall on South Memorial Parkway.

Dr. Booth is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Madison County Dental Association. Dr. Booth has attended advanced education courses and received advanced certification in providing his patients with Invisalign orthodontics and CEREC All-Porcelain restorations.
