With over 70 years of combined experience, our physicians specialize in conditions of the eye including amblyopia, blepharitis, cataract, corneal abrasion, detached retina, diabetic retinopathy, dry eyes, glaucoma, headaches, histoplasmosis, macular degeneration, presbyopia, and strabismus. We also offer laser vision correction with LASIK, LASEK and PRK. Hubickey, our Director of Refractive Surgery, has performed thousands of successful laser vision surgeries.

👁️ Meet Dr. Danielle Turner - The Eye Center’s newest optometrist!

Dr. Turner joins our team this August and will be seeing patients primarily at our Huntsville office, with appointments available one day a week in Madison.

Originally from Denton, Texas, Dr. Turner graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of West Florida with a degree in Pre-Professional Biology. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the UAB School of Optometry in 2023, where she completed extensive training in ocular disease.

She practices full-scope optometry and is experienced in managing glaucoma, dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and more. She also specializes in fitting scleral and myopia control contact lenses.

Dr. Turner is passionate about helping people see their best and is excited to serve the Huntsville and Madison communities!
