Double Celebration

Our 40th Anniversary and my 80th Birthday - what a glorious day! The wedding ceremony was truly awe-inspiring. The joy was apparent as Dr. Carlton Byrd led our vow renewal ceremony. An exquisite gourmet meal catered by David & Karen Smith was a culinary masterpiece Later, we witnessed the uplifting DAP graduation of Oscar Khan, surrounded by fellow graduates and clients, filling our hearts with warmth and pride. As the day's celebration came to a close, an hour later, the skies opened up, releasing rain! God unveiled His awe-inspiring power to still the rain and bestow sunshine, just for our celebration!! Dear Facebook Family,

I'm ecstatic to share my journey of growth and transformation after returning from a 2-week stay at Red River Wellness Center in Kentucky. This experience has been a catalyst for positive change, allowing me to adopt a healthier lifestyle. As I continue on this path, I've realized that rest and reduced stress have been instrumental in my recovery. Although my illness still presents challenges, I'm grateful for the progress I've made and the improved well-being I'm experiencing.
While I treasure our Facebook connections, I've decided to take a break from social media to focus on my health. Thank you for your heartfelt prayers and support.
