Double Celebration

Our 40th Anniversary and my 80th Birthday - what a glorious day! The wedding ceremony was truly awe-inspiring. The joy was apparent as Dr. Carlton Byrd led our vow renewal ceremony. An exquisite gourmet meal catered by David & Karen Smith was a culinary masterpiece Later, we witnessed the uplifting DAP graduation of Oscar Khan, surrounded by fellow graduates and clients, filling our hearts with warmth and pride. As the day's celebration came to a close, an hour later, the skies opened up, releasing rain! God unveiled His awe-inspiring power to still the rain and bestow sunshine, just for our celebration!! Oh!! What an extraordinary depth of love He showered on us❗️

Dear Facebook Family,

I'm ecstatic to share my journey of growth and transformation after returning from a 2-week stay at Red River Wellness Center in Kentucky. This experience has been a catalyst for positive change, allowing me to adopt a healthier lifestyle. As I continue on this path, I've realized that rest and reduced stress have been instrumental in my recovery. Although my illness still presents challenges, I'm grateful for the progress I've made and the improved well-being I'm experiencing.
While I treasure our Facebook connections, I've decided to take a break from social media to focus on my health. Thank you for your heartfelt prayers and support. DAP is overflowing with gratitude! We're thrilled to celebrate 37 years of ministry, passionately serving with joy and dedication. Today, our DAP family gathered at our home, savoring delicious food and warm fellowship. Though Oscar Khan and the Fraziers are away, our bond remains strong. We're dedicated to empowering men to cherish family, honoring holidays, birthdays, and milestones. Our prayer is that this legacy of love and connection continues long after graduation.

I humbly ask for your heartfelt prayers! Following a recent diagnosis of spinal stenosis in my cervical region, I've been experiencing mini strokes, memory loss, dizziness, and imbalance. Additionally, I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and its related foot pain. However, I'm taking a proactive step towards wellness and will be attending the Red River Wellness Center in Kentucky December 1-15.
