Reverse total shoulder replacement in an 81 year old gentleman with arthritis and large retracted rotator cuff tear. This is a great option for older patients with a potentially quicker recovery than attempting rotator cuff repair.

Osteochondral allograft transplant for large 20mm cartilage injury in a high school age patient sustaining a knee injury. Large loose body removed. A lesion of this size has limited options and allograft is a great option in these cases.
