Don’t underestimate the power of a good hearty snack!🥳

TIPS:
- look for what we can ADD instead of what we can restrict
- add carbs for energy (breads, fruits, veggies, nuts)
- add a protein to satisfy you (nuts, peanut butter, yogurt, cheese, meat)
- choose foods you actually enjoy
