We offer wellness counseling, auricular therapy, therapeutic massage and we pride ourselves in having a knowledgeable staff. For all the people who enjoy being outdoors, but your allergies cause you to think twice before making plans. Try drinking an Antihistamine Tea in the morning or at night 🌙. To help relieve your symptoms. Stop on in at Nature's Apothecary/South and get some loose herbs to make some tea 🍵. Antihistamine Tea Receipe: 1 bag stinging nettle 1 bag peppermint. 1/2 tsp ground ginger or grated fresh ginger Mix ingredients together and store in airtight container. Use about 1 heaping teaspoon per 8 ounces hot water. Let steep for about 5 minutes, then add honey 🍯 or lemon 🍋, if desired. Enjoy!!
