On this Juneteenth, we pause to reflect on the gift of freedom and the power of faith.

We give thanks to God for the progress made and pray for continued healing, unity, and justice. As it says in Galatians 5:13 — “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free.”

We had a fantastic time hosting our Kentucky Derby Party—complete with delicious food, festive games, a fabulous hat contest, and the big race on the big screen! It was a fun-filled afternoon enjoyed by all, full of laughter, style, and a little friendly competition. 🏇🍹👒

🍔🏁 Bristol’s Burger Pitstop was a hit at Manor House! We hosted an outdoor burger night with a race car twist and brought the energy with our very own Into the Pit Car Show! 🚗💨
Residents and staff showed up and showed out — what an incredible turnout and unforgettable night! 🙌

🌭 Take Me Out to the Ballgame… at Magnolia Trace! ⚾
We brought the ballpark to our dining room with Rookie D’s — a hotdog pop-up experience like no other! Residents enjoyed custom hotdog creations, portable hotdog stands, classic ballpark snacks (yes, including Cracker Jacks! 🍿), and fun word games to keep the table talk lively.

Magnolia Trace is thrilled to share that we nearly doubled our 60,000-step goal for the Pump It for Parkinson's event — logging an amazing 119,926 steps! 🏃‍♀️💪✨

Thanks to our residents and staff who joined in using Nusteps, Cardio Step Class, our Community-Wide Walk, and Cardio Drumming — all to raise awareness and support for Parkinson’s.

We’re so proud of this team effort and excited to have stepped up in such a big way! 👟🧡
