This is a great way to help a provider in our area gather information on how to better serve our children with complex medical needs! If you feel inclined, please fill this out and help her gather data and spark change!

This anonymous survey collects lived experiences from families and caregivers of individuals with special health care needs. Responses will be used for advocacy, policy discussions, and feasibility planning to improve access, training, and reimbursement structures.

With the possible inclement weather that we may have in the Huntsville area this weekend, we want to remind every one of our policy for weather- should the winter weather extend into next week!

Our plan is to follow the Huntsville city school system for closures and delays, however, we may decide to close the clinic for the safety of our employees, and patients.
•
If we are closing the clinic, we will be reaching out to all of our patients either via text message or phone call to keep you up-to-date. Make sure you also follow our Facebook and Instagram for updates about closures.
