Jennifer joined the world of physical therapy after earning her Bachelorโ€™s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University in 1994 and later her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Blinn College in 2014, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Jennifer has discovered her passion in helping patients through aquatic therapy, pelvic health, and neurological rehabilitation. She loves being part of each patientโ€™s journey, especially watching them regain confidence, movement, and quality of life after major medical challenges. โ€œThe docs save your life. PT gives you your life back!โ€

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys crocheting, reading, gardening, and Pilates.

Kaitlin is an LSU alumna. She earned her Bachelorโ€™s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Human Movement in Baton Rouge and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012 from LSUHSC New Orleans.

After recently moving from Louisiana, Kaitlin enjoys spending weekends exploring the local Texas area with her husband and daughter, as well as cooking and gardening.

When asked what inspires her most as a PT, she shared a story about one of her patients โ€” a man who was in a work accident that resulted in a triple amputation, multiple fractures, and burns to 60% of his body. During the years of his treatment, he never missed therapy, never complained, and never gave up. Even after his wife and daughter passed away within a year of each other, he still showed up and gave his best every day. His strength and positive spirit inspired everyone around him to stay focused and keep going.

For Kaitlin, his resilience made her strive to be the best provider she could be โ€” and his courage later inspired her during her own battle and victory over breast cancer.

Kaitlin joined our Conroe team in April 2025 and has quickly become a valuable part of our clinic, helping us expand our ability to serve more people in the community ๐Ÿ’ช

Anne Marie earned her Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University in 2002 and has been passionately helping patients move and feel better ever since.

From a young age, she was fascinated by anatomy and physiology ๐Ÿง  so much so that she often drove her mom crazy with endless questions about how the body works. That early curiosity led naturally to a career in physical therapy, where she continues to combine science, observation, and compassion to make a difference in peopleโ€™s lives.

With over 20 years of experience ๐Ÿ’ช she believes that being an exceptional therapist comes down to truly listening, observing carefully, and applying knowledge to each unique individual. โ€œWhile the anatomy and physiology of people are similar,โ€ she says, โ€œtreatment should always be based on the individual youโ€™re treating.โ€

Many of her patients come to her after struggling with pain or limitations for years. โ€œIโ€™ve often been told, โ€˜Why has no one ever told me to do this before?โ€™โ€ Anne Marie explains. โ€œWe all learn the same techniques, but itโ€™s how we apply what we know that makes the difference.โ€

What motivates her most is hearing from patients about how much better they feel and the new things they can do after treatment ๐Ÿ™Œ Their success stories bring her pride, joy, and a deep sense of fulfillment in her work.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family โค๏ธ watching her grandkids grow and develop their unique personalities, and challenging herself through physical exercise, creative projects, and brain teasers ๐Ÿงฉ

Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from California State University, Northridge, with a concentration in Neurology. She has been dedicated to patient care since 1990 and is also a certified Ergonomic Specialist.

Her passion for physical therapy began early. โ€œI knew I wanted a career in the medical field, so I volunteered in every department of a hospital to explore my options. Physical therapy stood out as the most inspiring and challenging,โ€ she recalls. Laura especially enjoys treating post operative conditions, finding fulfillment in helping patients regain strength and mobility. She has been an integral part of the team at Physical Therapy Associates since 2014.

Outside of work, Laura loves spending time outdoors, taking walks and riding her golf cart through the neighborhood to see whatโ€™s new around the lake. She served on the Walker County Fair Rodeo Committee for seven years, and she looks forward each year to attending the Bluegrass concerts in Nacogdoches.

Christa earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine and a minor in Anatomy and Neurology from Colorado State University. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Washington University in St. Louis in 2011.

Her journey to physical therapy grew naturally from her experience as an athletic trainer. Passionate about solving the unique โ€œpuzzlesโ€ of the human body, Christa is dedicated to helping patients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Since joining Physical Therapy Associates in 2014, she has been a valued member of our family. Outside the clinic, Christa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and exploring the outdoors.
