“If you’re looking for a physical therapy clinic where you’ll heal and accidentally make new friends, Apex Physical Therapy is your place. I came in for shoulder pain and left wondering if I should bring snacks for everybody on my last day because that’s how attached I got.
Ethan was my primary therapist, and truly—what a gem. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He took so much time with me, explained everything, and never made me feel rushed. My shoulder improved, but honestly, I really looked forward to going.
I also got to work with Tabby, who is great. Personable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me feel better—she made every session feel like a chat with a friend.
I was never treated by Jack but he always made me feel welcomed and greeted me by name each time I visited.
And I cannot forget Colby at the front desk. She deserves her own award. Always so friendly, so kind, and so on top of everything. The customer service was unmatched—she made scheduling and check-ins feel effortless. I’m not sure I’ve ever received this level of customer service before!
Everyone at Apex truly cared about me as a person, not just a patient with shoulder pain. They remembered details, they encouraged me, and they made the whole process something I actually looked forward to. Who looks forward to PT? Apparently… me now.
