With all the Alabama A&M University Homecoming festivities and celebrations this week, our run schedule is a little lighter but if you would like to log some miles this Saturday before the big game…Hays Farm parkrun are held every Saturday at 7:30 a.m. in South Huntsville at Hayes Farm. Join us on Saturday morning - and every Saturday morning - for Hays Farm parkrun in Huntsville, Alabama. parkrun is a free and timed 5k community event for everyone, and isn’t just for runners, walkers are welcome too. 🤩

We’re hoping to break our attendance record this weekend, so would love you to join us!

📣 Arrive for briefing: 7:20am
🕢 Start time: 7:30am

📍 We meet on Elgie’s Walk Greenway, near the Hays Farm Clubhouse (1117 Haysland Road SW) - opposite the Hays Farm Sports Fields.

🚗 Parking tip: Best spot is at the Hays Farm Sports Fields on the opposite side of Haysland Road from the start/finish area. Aim to be parking around 7.15am to allow time to walk over to our start area for the briefing.

✅ New to parkrun?
Just register once at the parkrun website (link in comments), print or save your personal barcode, and bring it along - you’ll need it to get your free timed result. You can then come to Hays Farm parkrun, or any of the 90 events in the US and 2,300 around the world for free!

It’s officially spooky season 👻 and fall training season, let’s get it, let’s go! 🚀 Here’s the schedule for the rest of October. As the days get shorter, we’re bringing back Big Spring Park runs and will be alternating between Big Spring Park and Apollo Park for evening runs to keep things safe and well-lit. 🌇✨

Let’s stay consistent, keep showing up, and keep building together!🔥
